Steps
- A small clove and some cinnamon in boiling kettle.
- Pour 600 ml boiled water over the grounds
- Brew for 5 minutes, then plunge and serve
Sensory notes
Tea and toasted nuts up front, caramelized sugar sweetness on the finish. HANDS DOWN MY FAVOURITE BREW :)
